Having a local Desert warehouse to receive and then deliver your items, creates a local, less expensive option that having the items brought in from Los Angeles or Orange County. Our local warehouses will receive, hold and then deliver and setup any items that need to be delivered to a residence or business.
Will Call Interim Local Freight Facility
Our partner warehouses also act as a “Will Call” location for your freight shipments, as there are no freight carrier terminals here in the local Desert area. We can receive, store and then redeliver any shipment to a local desert business or residence.
Trans-Loading of Freight
Our local partner warehouses can offload and reload to another waiting trailer or hold at our warehouse for delivery next day or next week. We can assist in offloading one pallet or 10 pallets if your load is too heavy to cross the local scales. We also can offer residential delivery, for shipments that have a limited access in our local country clubs that might not allow such a large truck on their property.

I tried to ship an outsize 16 foot long package!!!, on an Internet freight bidding service, and eventually picked the low bid, and thought I had a deal...well a January shipment ended up not going out...three times! I felt I had nowhere to go and was completely out of my element. My business ships many odd things, but due to the size and weight and having to do the truck shipping, I was in the clutches of bad Internet business people. I googled and called Steve in Palm Desert at the end of my rope at 12:30pm. By 2:00pm he was here in HIS OWN truck, had a better crate design than I had built and then called me to tell me it was leaving the valley at 4:00pm. A Simply Amazing person. The cost was incidentally about 40 percent more than that wild low ball internet bid, but to deal with a reliable person, and someone that shows immediately and handles simply everything is worth far more than he asked. Steve is my single local go to guy for big parcel shipping, and will handle things from now on. My attempt to save a little money and deal with a non sched shipper cost me time and some money, but needlessly damaged my reputation. That I cant get back with my buyer perhaps, but I have learned a lesson and found a great business owner.
